一、HLB 設(shè)計理念

HLB (Hydraulic  lubricating bearing)液壓自潤軸承:                          

此款設(shè)計是以材料、結(jié)構(gòu)進行改良的一款新型軸承,在流體壓力成形技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對模具之拔模角度的最佳化設(shè)計,將材料與拔模之間的受力介質(zhì),透過獨家開發(fā)之液壓系統(tǒng)將自潤材料打入拔模與工件之間,形成承壓腔,使拔模與工件不直接接觸,成形力通過專用油脂進行傳遞,此結(jié)構(gòu)在受力介質(zhì)的壓力作用下產(chǎn)生具可塑性之柔性變形,並在拉拔力作用下達到運轉(zhuǎn)最佳化,成為此類產(chǎn)品中較優(yōu)化設(shè)計之一.

HLB原理:以黃銅材質(zhì)為基體,並鑲嵌自潤滑材料,利用空氣作為潤滑劑的滑動軸承,因空氣特性比油粘滯性小且耐高回溫並無污染,其表現(xiàn)下的摩擦係數(shù)比油低;在HLB作動時發(fā)熱的過程中慢慢的釋放油脂,因此形成了少油或不給油下產(chǎn)生自潤滑的現(xiàn)象,以此原理從而形成產(chǎn)品壽命等其他因素點的優(yōu)化,同步達成媲美長效型(Ball Bearing)軸承之效果。

One、HLB Design concept

HLB (Hydraulic  lubricating bearing):                          

HLB is a new type of bearing by improved materials and structure. the basis on hydrodynamic pressure forming technology, through the optimal design of the drawing angle of the die, the stress medium between the material and the drawing die is driven into the drawing and the workpiece through the hydraulic system developed exclusively to form a pressure bearing cavity so that the drawing die and the workpiece do not directly contact, forming force Through special grease transfer, this structure can produce flexible deformation with plasticity under the pressure of the stress medium and achieve the operation optimization under the action of drawing force, which has become one of the more optimized designs of such products

HLB Principle:

The friction coefficient of the sliding bearing is lower than that of the oil because the air characteristic is less viscous than oil and it can resist high temperature return without pollution. The grease is released slowly during the heating process of HLB, so the phenomenon of self lubrication with little oil or without oil is formed The optimization of product life and other factors can achieve the same effect as ball bearing.



二、HLB 結(jié)構(gòu)與材質(zhì)

使用特殊金屬材料:透過使用特殊銅錫合金以達到無給或少給油自潤效果,且通過其特性內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及外部微量供油形成一定的油膜壓力。
